AdLipps was thrilled to work with Maybelline on a number of exciting projects, most notably New York Fashion Week starting in Fall 2017. With the help of PR/event company, OW! NY we designed t-shirts and makeup pouches. Celebrity makeup artists wore custom black v-neck t-shirts and were gifted with clear makeup pouches, both adorned with the Maybelline logo. The pouches were such a hit that Maybelline placed a bulk order to sell as a Halloween kit..
In addition, AdLipps created branded PopSockets, custom faux Saffiano leather mirrors with pouches, baby towels which were sent to Maybelline influencers after giving birth, branded bridal pouches to support the launch of their Bridal Makeup Kit, and t-shirts and sweatpants, which were given out at annual beauty influencer events.
Adlipps worked with event stylist, ShirleyGirl to create trendy terrycloth headbands for Maybelline’s Make (F)it Happen event in NYC. We also designed custom notebooks and pens for the attendees of a Maybelline Master Class held in NYC featuring beauty influencers Katy DeGroot and Desi Perkins.

“Erika is great to work with! She always goes above and beyond, recommending additional options and has been wonderful when it comes to troubleshooting and problem solving. Highly recommend!” - Claire Buxton-Farrell, Director of Brand Communications at Maybelline
We absolutely loved working with Garnier on their sales team meeting, which coincided with the 2018 winter Olympics. They requested a high quality branded gift for the meeting, and following a sampling of various items, Garnier chose a chic leather passport holder. The Garnier logo, featuring Olympic rings, played on the winter games and represented Garnier's core team building values.
We were so excited to work with Maplewood’s Seth Boyden Elementary school on the rebrand of their logo. The school’s apparel committee, led by local mom and graphic designer, Patricia S created a logo that represented the diverse student body. The image of four slightly different tree trunk rings perfectly captured the school’s spirit.
After our initial brainstorm meeting, we provided a variety of high quality promotional items for Patricia and her team to choose from. Ultimately, the committee chose grey hooded zip up sweatshirts, t-shirts, caps, magnets, and water bottles, all to be sold in the school store. The items, branded with the new logo, were a hit with the students. The t-shirts sold out in less than a week.

I had the pleasure of working with Erika when charged with the design and production of apparel for my daughter’s elementary school. We had a 4-color system yet a very small budget. Erika provided us with solutions that kept us on budget without sacrificing the design nor the quality of the products. She understands the market and helped us navigate it efficiently. Her personal attention–meeting us in person more than once, hand-delivering samples, getting on the phone when needed–made the process that much easier and manageable for our team of volunteers whom were all short on time. Erika is concerned with meeting the needs of her clients, and has a fantastic attention for detail. I highly recommend her and her company, Adlipps and look forward to working with again.

Adlipps had the pleasure of working with the Millburn School district three years in a row, creating promotional items for the Strawberry Festival. The Strawberry Festival is a spring carnival fundraiser for five elementary schools that celebrates the children and the end of the school year.
We worked with local mom, Kadie Desoe to brainstorm logo ideas. Along with our graphic designer we created custom logos that captured the essence of the festival. We presented a variety of promotional items and the client ordered t-shirts and trucker hats, showcasing the new logos.

“I recently worked with Erika on a custom t-shirt order for a school fundraiser. Erika was a fantastic collaborator! She was able to quickly synthesize our ideas into the initial design, showed infinite patience as we worked through various iterations, made ordering a seamless process, and offered premium value for the price. As a non-creative person, I appreciated her design aesthetic and relied heavily on her expertise. We were thrilled with the shirts, which were also a hit with the kids!"

Launch 3 Telecom, a repeat customer, hired Adlipps to produce yearly corporate client gifts. After our initial meeting, we presented a variety of items and designs, tailored to each client. Most recently, Launch 3 Telecom chose a trendy camo design which we used on t-shirts and baseball caps. In addition, Launch 3 Telecom ordered sweatshirts, hoodies, and pens. Adlipps ensured a seamless process from brainstorm meetings through product delivery.
